Welcome to Adovee. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and working with our digital services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Adovee
Adovee is a digital technology and marketing company based in Vadodara, Gujarat. We provide services including website development, mobile app development, ecommerce development, branding, digital marketing, content repurposing, AI automation and other technology solutions.
We work with startups, small businesses and growing companies across Gujarat, Rajasthan and India.
2. Our Services
The scope of each project depends on the services agreed upon with the client. Depending on the project, this may include:

Digital marketing and SEO
Social media marketing
Branding and design
Content creation and content repurposing
AI and business automation
Software and custom technology solutions
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and responsibilities may be defined separately in a proposal, quotation, agreement or project discussion.
3. Project Requirements & Client Responsibilities
To complete a project properly, clients are expected to provide accurate information, content, approvals and other materials required for the project.
Delays in providing required content, feedback, approvals, credentials or access may affect the agreed project timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, data or other materials supplied to Adovee can legally be used for the project.
4. Pricing & Payments
Project pricing is based on the scope and requirements discussed with the client.
Depending on the project, an advance payment may be required before development or work begins. Remaining payments will be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Additional features, revisions or requirements outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed.
5. Website & Software Development
For website, ecommerce, mobile app and software projects, Adovee will develop the agreed features and functionality according to the approved scope.
Third-party services, hosting, domain names, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, software licences and other external services may involve separate charges and policies.
After project completion, the client is responsible for maintaining third-party accounts, subscriptions and services unless ongoing maintenance has been separately agreed with Adovee.
6. Revisions & Changes
Projects may include a defined number of revisions depending on the agreed scope.
Changes that significantly alter the original requirements, design, functionality or project direction may be treated as additional work and may require additional time and cost.
We recommend clients review and approve important project milestones to avoid unnecessary delays.
7. Digital Marketing & SEO
Digital marketing, SEO and advertising services are intended to improve online visibility, traffic, engagement and business opportunities.
However, Adovee does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, number of leads, sales, followers or advertising results because these outcomes depend on many factors outside our direct control.
SEO performance may also change because of search engine algorithm updates, competition, market conditions and website changes.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Some services may depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment gateways, app stores, advertising platforms or other external services.
Adovee is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final approved deliverables created specifically for their project after all applicable payments have been completed.
Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, plugins, software, templates, APIs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
Adovee retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, frameworks, reusable components, internal systems and know-how.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us for a project.
Adovee will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information, credentials, project information and other sensitive materials shared by clients.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential information to third parties except where required to provide the agreed service, comply with applicable law or protect our legal rights.
11. Website Content & Information
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, information may change without prior notice.
Website content should not be considered a guarantee of specific business results, performance or outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
Adovee will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally and according to the agreed scope.
However, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform failures, hosting issues, cyber incidents, internet outages, changes in third-party policies or client-provided information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adovee’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may request termination of a project subject to the terms agreed for that project.
Payments for work already completed, approved third-party expenses and other non-refundable costs may remain payable.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use the Adovee website for unlawful purposes or in a way that may damage, disrupt or interfere with the website or its services.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts or infrastructure.
15. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect information submitted through our website.
16. Changes to These Terms
Adovee may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable requirements.
